Conveyor Belt Team Leader - LimpopoJob SummaryA chrome mine situated in Limpopo, is looking for Conveyor Belt Team Leader to join their teamMinimum Requirements:Grade 12/N3 or relevant NQF Level 4 qualificationA minimum 5 year mining experience on supervising conveyor belts.Tasks and Responsibilities:Supervise the checking of rollers, blocks, trip switched, pulleys and splicesEnsure cleaning magnets where applicableSupervise the start and stop conveyor beltsEnsure checking for chokes on feed and discharge chutesManage the removal of foreign objects and over size materialSupervise the cleaning of the conveyor beltsManaging of shift handoversEnsure adherence to security and SHE policies and proceduresMust be able to work shiftsOther skills/Competencies:Good verbal and written communication in English with people skillsLegal/Operational compliance knowledge for underground operationsStrong operating and trouble shooting skills regarding all underground infrastructure
