·5+ years experience.
·Relevant tertiary draughting qualification minimum N5 technicon.
·Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D .
·Solidworks software experience.
·Microsoft office software experience.
·Must have mechanical and/or structural draughting experience .
·Good time management skills.
·Perform a variety of other duties not listed, this will be determined by the production and management requirements and will be assigned as needed.

You have to make sure that structures meet legal and quality starndards. Quantity surveyors are involved at every stage of a project.- you must typically begin working on a project during the design phase, giving cost estimates associated with the project, such as materials, labour and equipment. They also prepair tender documents and contracts for the project.- During the construction phase, you monitor and manage costs to ensure the project is completed within the budget. Quantity surveyors may also assist in resolving disputes between parties involved in the construction project.
