Happy Friday is a TTL agency with a diverse portfolio of clients, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about managing multiple campaigns and clients all whilst keeping an eye out for opportunities that together as a team, we can turn into more exciting work. You will be working from home, so it is important that you are comfortable to work alone, whilst remaining motivated. As a key part of Client Service, you will connect with the team daily, and be actively involved in strategy, creative and planning discussions.
Reaching KPI’s is key and creating exciting and memorable work is what makes our agency tick. We are small but agile, and our clients trust in our ability to meet tight deadlines, whilst never compromising on all round quality.
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to get stuck into their own brands, and really develop and grow the accounts and client relationships. With a strong focus on both digital and branding the accounts vary from telecommunications to manufacturing.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three years agency experience
Excellent digital knowledge and proven campaign experience *This is a priority
Excellent branding knowledge
Excellent project management skills
Strong client service experience
Proven track record of working with high profile, blue-chip clients
Must be able to liaise with clients on all levels and build solid relationships
Committed to achieving results
Commercially savvy and strong financial management skill
Excellent written proposal and presentation skills
Passion for people
Creative flair
Proactive thinker and problem solver
Responsibilities:
Manage medium to large campaigns
Manage client briefs and ensure delivery of KPI’s
Work closely with creative team to ensure smooth delivery
Financial management and budget control
Identify possible opportunities to up sell and cross sell

We are looking for “Booksellers and marketers” around South Africa.
We are a small “Book Publishing” company. This is part of our pilot program where we are implementing guerrilla marketing and distribution over formal traditional marketing, which we feel is not very effective for first-time authors, despite their work being good.
Which brings me to this opportunity.
We believe everyone might know at least 20 people in their circles who like books or who will buy just because it’s being marketed by them. That includes family, acquaintances, and friends; online and offline.
You won’t have to sell physical copies you just have to market and sell to your sphere of contacts. On Facebook, WhatsApp, insta, Twitter, family groups, etc the list is endless.
Usually, bookshops order books for 20% less than the retail price. We use the same. You are entitled to a 20% commission on all the sales you make.
We work with courier companies that handle deliveries.
How it works.
All your buyers make their orders using a unique code that is allocated to you. The code can be BS EZ1. We will have every book seller’s codes on our Sales sheet. (They can order straight from us or if you prefer, you order for them). Ordering details will be provided.
This being a trial run the target is just 10 books. Once the threshold is reached and you are convinced it’s something you want to be part of then we take it to the next stage.
