12-month Fixed Term Contract position to start immediately

Payroll duties Sage VIP Premier:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 plus relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on Sage VIP Premier, 
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the Administration of large payrolls 

Key Performance Areas:

  • Completion of statutory and legal reports and returns
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
  • Oversee wage payrolls and ensure effective functioning and accurate payments
  • Month-end reports
  • Third-party reconciliations and submissions, including submission to SARS
  • Experience in bargaining council matters
