EXPERIENCEJob description:Role Requirements:Provide precise cost estimates for control systems and on-site electrical installations to existing clients and potential customers across various industries,Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and expectations, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.Interpret specifications, electrical schematics, and BOMs.Adhere to regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and other requirements.Work closely with suppliers to secure optimal costings.Independently generate timely and accurate quotes to secure new business with a keen eye for detail.Assist other departments, including design, production and sales to ensure alignment with client needs.Essential Criteria:Able to provide proof of estimation / quoting experience in the electrical field.Education to BTech or higher in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.Ability to comprehend electrical specifications, schematics, drawings, block cable diagrams, BOMs, etc.Good understanding of electrical standards.Capability to complete Tender submissions.High attention to detail and strong business acumen for project cost understanding.Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).Self-management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.Positive attitude and a willingness to develop and learn new skills through on and off-the-job training.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration packagePension/ProvidentJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Westmead, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
