Hunt: Find and book loads daily (marketplaces, load boards, direct clients, WhatsApp groups, brokers, local businesses).
Orchestrate: Share instructions with the driver (pickup/drop-off, schedule, special handling), confirm documents (POD/waybill), and update ETAs.
Negotiate: Secure fair rates, confirm terms, send simple quotes, and close quickly.
Track & Report: Keep a simple job log (date, client, pickup/drop, rate, POD received), flag issues early, and confirm completion for payment.
Grow: Turn once-off jobs into repeat customers; help map good lanes; suggest add-on services.
What you’ll need
Time and energy daily; reliable phone + data; strong WhatsApp/phone manner.
Street-smart negotiating and follow-through; calm under pressure.
Able to get to Proclamation Hill on some days (most coordination can be remote).
Bonus: experience with load boards, courier/express/short-haul work, basic spreadsheets.
Pay & Terms
Commission per completed job (uncapped). The more you book, the more you earn.

Grow the Lane: Turn once-offs into repeats; map high-yield lanes; suggest add-ons.
Requirements
SA driver’s licence suitable for the truck (e.g., C1/EC preferred for small/medium trucks).
Valid PDP (Goods) and clean driving record.
Smartphone + data; strong WhatsApp/phone presence.
Negotiation grit, punctuality, honesty, tidy presentation.
Comfortable operating from Johannesburg and coordinating across Gauteng.

You earn a share of the price of every completed job. Uncapped.
