Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Zoho Desk
·
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
·
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
·
Project Management experience is advantageous
·
Ability to lead and manage other individuals
·
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·
