We are looking for a motivated Junior ISP Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1 support to clients, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line (Tier 1) technical support to clients via phone,whatsapp and email
Log, manage, and follow up on support tickets
Troubleshoot basic network, fibre, and wireless issues
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when required
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Prepare installation equipment (routers, dishes, and related hardware) for the installers team
Assist with general network support tasks when needed
Minimum Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Minimum 1 year experience in ISP or networking environment
Basic understanding of fibre and wireless networking
Advantageous Skills:
Experience with MikroTik equipment
Experience with Ubiquiti devices
Familiarity with ISP systems and ticketing platforms
Key Attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure
