Durban Operator Certificate (doc)

This is a legal requirement if you go out to sea from the Durban Harbour Lectures will be conducted before a test is done with the Port Captain as well as one night entrance into the Port with the lecturer using your own vessel. You will need the following: Must have a copy of your Category A – B – C Skippers ticket. Must have a copy of your VHF DSC Radio Operators Certificate. Must be a member of a Durban Club and have a copy of your membership card with that club. Must have a copy of an Eye Test done on the required form. Must have a copy of your ID. If you have an ID card then a copy of both sides.
