The successful incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to
· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as
required, including flipping mattresses, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, deep cleaning carpet,

· Installs or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, hand tools, or power tools.
· Installation of ironmongery such as hinges, door locks, and door closers
· Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
· Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20kg without assistance
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Management
