This role involves actively monitoring high-risk and time-critical loads, resolving operational issues as they arise, and maintaining effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders. The controller is accountable for ensuring high levels of load, route, and system accuracy, investigating delays or deviations, and managing exceptions to minimise service disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.
