Summary: Key duties

Qualifications and
Experience
·
Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and
English is required (must be fluent in Afrikaans).

Additional languages will be advantageous.
·
Previous
Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral Insurance knowledge will
be preferred.

Experience
