The role focuses on the full asset management lifecycle—financial analysis, leasing support, budgeting/forecasting, performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, cash flow management, debt management and structuring, and execution of value-enhancing initiatives (Solar, water, utilities, security upgrades) — within a small, hands-on team.
