About the Position
Soneike Private School is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and qualified Senior Phase and Further Education and Training (FET) teachers to join our passionate academic team.
We are looking for educators who are committed to excellence, innovative teaching practices, and the holistic development of learners.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, CAPS-aligned lessons for Grades 7–12.
Integrate effective assessment strategies and maintain accurate academic records.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Participate actively in school events, extra-murals, and professional development.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards.
Minimum Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed or PGCE) with appropriate Senior Phase/FET specialisation.
SACE registration (or proof of application).
Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
Classroom experience in the Senior Phase and/or FET band.
Proficiency in technology-assisted teaching will be an advantage.
Additional Recommendations
Experience teaching CAPS curriculum.
Willingness to participate in extra-mural activities.
Passion for learner growth and academic excellence.
