Excel.
The system allows for advanced workday rules which can
be configured and applied to individuals, divisions, or teams.These same rules can also be proactively or
retroactively changed. Any changes made will trigger a recalculation of
data for those days to reflect immediately in reporting.We also have a bolt-on module called Shift Sense which
will dynamically assign employees to the closest matching shift in the
event you have multiple shifts running in a single day.
BA also includes a mobile app offering for employees
that work remotely. The app will record the time of clocking as well as
geo-locate staff when they scan in.We have limited HR tools built into the platform as
well such as online document storage that allows admin users to upload
documents such as training certificates, letters of warning, and sick
notes for example.We also have a leave record module built in that allows
leave to be created, updated, and approved. We do not keep track of leave
days owed as this generally happens within other 3rd party
software.BA also supports integration with all major payroll
systems. Data is explored from BA, formatted, and then imported directly
