The role acts as a critical link between the Product Owner, Development Team, and Operations Team by:Ensuring bugs are properly investigated, structured, and reproducibleCoordinating and executing quality assurance across web and mobile platformsMaintaining structured and actionable development ticketsSupporting efficient release cycles and clear customer communication The role contributes directly to platform stability, reduced production defects, and improved development efficiency. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Bug Triage & Issue Management (PRIMARY)Investigate and reproduce bugs reported by usersDefine clear and structured reproduction stepsGather required technical and contextual informationClassify issues (bug vs feature vs user error)Prioritize and escalate issues appropriatelyQuality Assurance & CoordinationValidate all development tickets before releasePerform functional QA testing as well as coordinate QA across web and mobile applicationsPerform regression testing and ensure regression testing is completed for releases across web and mobile applicationsWork with developers to verify fixes and corner casesRelease Management & CommunicationCompile release notes for features and bug fixesCommunicate updates via the Checkpoint platformEnsure accurate documentation of releasesProduct Operations & Ticket ManagementManage and maintain development tickets in Click-UpStructure and refine tickets for developer claritySupport backlog preparation with the Product OwnerTrack ticket progress across development lifecycleCross-Team CoordinationAct as liaison between the Operations team https://www.jobplacements.com/Jobs/O/Odin-Checkpoint-Product--QA-Coordinator-1274819-Job-Search-3-24-2026-8-29-15-AM.asp?sid=gumtree
