(Minimum 5 Years)⦁ Strong understanding of retail management best practices.⦁ Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.⦁ Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.⦁ Good knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.⦁ Passion for sports and an understanding of customer preferences in sportswear.⦁ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Key Competencies:⦁ Sales-driven with a passion for sportswear.⦁ Strong leadership and people management skills.⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.⦁ High attention to detail in maintaining store standards.⦁ Ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES :* Team Leadership & Management:⦁ Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.⦁ Foster a positive and energetic work environment.⦁ Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage.⦁ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.* Sales & Customer Service:⦁ Drive sales to meet or exceed targets.⦁ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by training staff on customer service best practices.⦁ Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.* Inventory & Stock Management:⦁ Oversee stock levels and ensure replenishment of popular items.⦁ Conduct regular stock checks and manage shrinkage.⦁ Work with the buying team to identify product trends and customer demands.* Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:⦁ Ensure the store layout and displays are attractive, functional, and on-brand.⦁ Implement merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.⦁ Maintain a clean and organized store environment.* Financial & Operational Duties:⦁ Monitor store expenses and manage budgets effectively.⦁ Handle cash and POS transactions securely⦁ Prepare and submit sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.* Marketing & Promotions:⦁ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.⦁ Stay updated on the latest trends in sportswear and incorporate them into store strategy.⦁ Utilize social media and local marketing efforts to drive foot traffic.
