We have comprehensive programs that focuses on the child's development using fun activities and exercises.
Our instructors are qualified educators with backgrounds in childhood development, psychology, physical education, and are internationally accredited.
Our goal is to focus on gross and fine motor skills, using traditional martial arts methodologies, to help them in all of life's challenges. As the body grows and develops, so too do the skill sets. Using acrobatic and gymnastic exercises and techniques, we allow the body to grow (naturally) stronger, more agile, and more flexible. Hand-eye coordination, mental focus, and self discipline are ingrained in our programs through hard work (Kung Fu).
Our vision is to develop candidates that will eventually join our senior training programs, and make this a part of their way of life.
Whether the focus is sport (competitions and tournaments), self defense, or quite simply a fun activity to do, our programs allow the candidate the opportunity to strive for excellence by overcoming hurdles.
