The Sales Representative at Game 4U Pavilion is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the Game 4U brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires strong product knowledge, a passion for gaming and technology, and the ability to create a positive in‑store experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Customer EngagementWelcome and assist customers in‑store, providing knowledgeable advice on gaming consoles, accessories, and software.Demonstrate product features and guide customers toward suitable solutions based on their needs.
Sales & TargetsAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Store OperationsMaintain stock displays, ensuring shelves are neat, organized, and visually appealing.Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.Ensure promotional materials and campaigns are correctly implemented in‑store.
️ Technical SupportProvide basic troubleshooting and setup guidance for consoles and accessories.Escalate technical issues to the appropriate support channels when necessary.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) with strong English communication skills. Prior experience in a customer-facing role (Retail, Reception, or Hospitality).
Reliability: Because this is a part-time role on a rotating roster, your commitment to your scheduled shifts is essential.
Clean background and credit record.
Resides in Upper Highway, preferably Hillcrest or surrounding areas.
