Key Requirements:
· Must have at least 2 years of experience in a control room
industry.
· Previous experience and/or qualifications (PSIRA registration)
in an emergency control room/call centre/monitoring/dispatch centre environment
are essential.
· Able to work 12 hours shifts.
· Applicants will need to have excellent call etiquette and
communication skills, written & verbal.
