ROLE OVERVIEW:
* The Group Finance Trainer will be required to implement and conduct an ongoing training and development program for the Global Finance community to ensure all staff are trained on the ERP and other financial accounting systems implemented across the group.
* The Group Finance Trainer will arrange and conduct both online and in-person training sessions at sites, to ensure all staff using SAP ECC, BPC and other financial accounting systems are proficient at using the system.
* Such training will be conducted based on a detailed assessment and needs analysis of each entity and will focus on areas for improvement.
* This role will also participate in any SAP ECC roll outs ensuring that the training done as part of the project implementation is conducted in sufficient detail and assist management and IT in identifying super users in all modules.
* The Group Finance Trainer will ensure the super users are equipped with sufficient understanding of the system to be the first line support.
* Role willl require travelling to various sites in SA and Africa
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
* University Degree in Accounting/Finance a distinct advantage
* Accreditation on SAP ECC FICO modules
EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a finance and/or business analyst role
* Computer literacy - proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC FICO modules
* Good working knowledge of MM, SD and SAP HCM modules
* Prior experience with conducting IT training courses

Our Client needs a Project Management Trainer to start immediately.. We are also looking for someone who can work remotely without being told what to do. They need to be self managed. They must have intercultural competence as we deliver training across Africa and internationally. Skills Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Agile Experience Experience in running or working on Agile Projects (2 3 years experience). If they do hold a certification in Agile e.g. Scrum Master etc, that will be a plus. Working Hours We deliver 90% of our courses virtually at this stage (online live Instructor Led). The training courses start at 08h00 and finish anytime between 16h00 17h00. (Day Training). The Trainer is expected to sign in at 07h30 so that they can greet the delegates as they sign in. If we deliver onsite training (at pm.ideas or the customer site), the same applies. They will also be expected to deliver 1 evening training session per week for PMP certifications. The evening courses start at 17h30 and finish at 21h30. They must also be willing to travel locally and internationally (if required). We are only delivering local training at this stage (if onsite in RSA) We dont have a Covid vaccine mandate as we leave this up to the individual (personal choice) After each training course they also expected to complete their course administration. In terms of types of courses they will deliver, these range from Project Administrator level, Project Management Fundamentals to Advanced and CAPM and PMP Certifications. We will pay for the person to become a PMI (Project Management Institute) Certificated Trainer. We will also pay for them to become an AgilePM Certified Trainer with APMG.
