Key ResponsibilitiesLeisure Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, retail travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and leisure consortia partners- Identify and develop new leisure accounts across local, regional, and international source markets- Conduct sales calls (virtual and in-person) to generate new business opportunities- Conduct hotel site inspections for travel trade partners and clients- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunitiesCommercial PerformanceRespond to enquiries and prepare accurate quotations within agreed timelines- Support contract negotiations and commission structures with travel partners- Monitor performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, REVPAR, and cost of distribution- Work closely with Revenue Management to support pricing strategies and demand management- Identify opportunities to grow market share within the leisure segmentClient Relationship ManagementEnsure travel partners receive up-to-date information on rates, promotions, packages, and hotel offerings- Maintain strong relationships with key travel trade partners and source markets- Analyse guest feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth- Support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across hotel departmen
