VAZO Foundations is currently recruiting Independent Sales Agents to join our LaunchPad Initiative.
This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who are confident on the phone and interested in earning through performance-based commissions.
Agents will represent various initiatives and services, including:
Business services such as website design
AI and digital training programs
Community initiatives and donation campaigns
Small business support services
This role is not salaried and is structured as an independent contractor opportunity. Your income will depend on your performance and sales results.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Their own smartphone
Reliable internet / WiFi access
A laptop or tablet
Strong communication skills
Confidence speaking to potential clients
Self-discipline and motivation
Sales or call centre experience is beneficial but not required.
What You Will Do
Contact potential clients and introduce our services
Follow sales scripts and campaign guidelines
Log call activity and outcomes in our CRM system
Convert interested leads into clients or supporters
