Our client based in Cape Town is regarded as one of the biggest suppliers of products, components, parts, and equipment to the South African automotive market. They are currently in the market for an experienced counter-part salesman to join their branch in Paarl. The counter-part salesman will be the key point of contact for the customers, new and existing, relating to product, specifications, quotations and order intakes, delivery and / or any other related enquiry and queries.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
3-5 years’ experience in the automotive industry and within a similar role.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
Duties:
Greeting customers and taking orders. -Processing payments.
Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
Updating the product inventory.
Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied
