The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the store in Hermanus. This includes driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, leading and developing the team, maintaining operational standards, managing stock, executing visual merchandising, handling administration and reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires adaptability, conflict resolution skills, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
