reputable and growing cleaning services company seeking an experienced
and motivated Operational Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning
operations and ensure high service standards across client sites.
Key
Responsibilities:
Supervise and
coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned locationsEnsure all cleaning
activities meet company quality standards and client requirementsLead, train, and
supervise cleaning staff and team leadersPrepare work
schedules, monitor attendance, and manage staff performanceConduct regular site
inspections and quality control checksHandle client
inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionallyEnsure compliance with
health, safety, and company policiesMonitor cleaning
supplies, equipment, and inventory levelsPrepare operational
reports and communicate updates to management
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certification is an
advantage)
·
Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in cleaning operations or
facilities management
·
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
·
Good knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety standards
·
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
·
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or
weekends
·
Basic computer skills (reporting, emails, scheduling)
