We are a reputable and growing cleaning services company seeking an experienced and motivated Operational Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high service standards across client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned locations
- Ensure all cleaning activities meet company quality standards and client requirements
- Lead, train, and supervise cleaning staff and team leaders
- Prepare work schedules, monitor attendance, and manage staff performance
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
- Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certification is an advantage)
· Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in cleaning operations or facilities management
· Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
· Good knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety standards
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
· Basic computer skills (reporting, emails, scheduling)
