I need to use the space for my laser machine, so I can work in the evenings. The laser machine is about 1.5 m x 1m in size, so it`s not that big. I am very clean and very trust worthy. The area that I`ve been using has been sold, so I have to leave the premises. I work only some nights until the latest 8h30pm, and lock up and go. Anywhere in the southern suburbs is good for me.
