Ouma Hannah's House is available for long term rental. This family home is enclosed, perfect for children and pets. Although we are 40km outside of Montagu, we have a brilliant Afrikaans Junior School only 4km away. The house boasts 3 bedrooms (main has an en-suite with a shower, basin and toilet) and a separate office space, as well as a separate dining area and a full kitchen. There is an outside laundry room and a single garage. The house is partially furnished with beds, cupboards, stove and washing machine and dishwasher, but these can be removed and stored out of the way in the outside laundry. Water is included in the rent (borehole / fountain, safe to drink), and there is a pre-paid electricity meter. Refuse removal is included. There is grass in the front garden, and beds which are you welcome to plant in to. There is enough parking for 3 cars inside the property, but the garage is a single garage. Internet is not included, but the equipment for our local satellite internet provider is already installed. Although the area has very little crime, there are burglar bars on all opening widows, and gates on both the front and the back door. The house is the Koo Valley, a lovely close farming community with 2 little shops, a butchery and a padstall. It is so perfect, we even often get snow during winter. No-one else lives on the property. It is about 300m from the nearest house and most farming activities. Montagu is 40km away, and Worcester 110km for your nearest mall.
