For Rent: Separate Entrance in Maitland from 01 June 2024.
We have an unfurnished large separate entrance attached to the back of our main house to rent to a full-time employed single individual or couple with friendly, sober, and considerate habits. We regret no kids.
The space is made up as follows:
* A separate double bedroom with multiple build in cupboards.
* An ensuite bathroom with toilet, basin & shower
* A 2nd bedroom that can be used as a sitting room or TV room.
* An additional space with a kitchenette including a cupboard with a double sink, space for a washing machine, fridge, microwave, counter stove, and even a small table.
For security and privacy reasons, we prefer that visitors are limited on our property and no additional persons who are not listed on the lease may sleep over. No pets are allowed.
Water is included, but electricity is extra. Wi-fi connectivity is also an additional option. Parking in an enclosed yard is included.
The monthly rent is R5950, plus a security deposit of 1 months rent is required.
