I am
looking for a house, flat, cottage for myself and my son (10 years old). I am
considering either a large batchelor / 1
bedroom place or a smaller 2 bedroom place. Needs to be ground floor and pet
friendly. I have a velcro small dog (schnauzer X) that doesn’t leave my side
(he doesn’t bark, shed or dig!). I also have 2 cats that sleep mostly during
the day. All 3 animals are kept indoors at night. I have my own business (since
May 2020) which is registered and I work from home. I am very quiet (very much
an introvert!) so no loud parties. I have been living in Bothasig/Edgemead for almost
15 years so looking to stay in the area. I can provide references from my last
3 landlords (1 year, 7 years and 7 years). I have never defaulted on rent/municipal
bills and I have no judgements against my name.
