The room has recently been repainted and the flooring has been redone. It includes a built-in cupboard with both shelving and hanging space but is otherwise unfurnished. A single bed base and bedside table can be provided if needed. Please do note that the room is located upstairs, and is thus not wheelchair friendly. The shared bathroom is located downstairs.
Tenants share a communal bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet. There is also a communal tenants kitchenette equipped with a gas stove. The cost of gas is shared equally amongst tenants whenever it is replaced, which is typically once a month and usually amounts to less than R100 per tenant.
