Our cleaning lady comes in on Wednesdays. All utilities are included except for the electricity. It is on prepaid and the 4 tenants at the flat share its cost. The monthly rent for the sharing room is R3100 per person. The deposit is equivalent to the rent and is refundable at the end of the contract.1
