reports for all cycles performance

Managing staff attendance and shift plan.
7.
Ensure repairs and maintenance are done continuously.

Results Requirement, Good leadership and managerial
competencies.

Poultry production expertise on ventilation, feeding and drinker
management.
10. Trustworthy and

11. Good planning and
organizational skills in a changing environment.

Desired
Experience & Qualification
• Matric / Grade 12
• National Diploma in Animal Production
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in an integrated Poultry
Company
• Minimum 1 year in Management position
• Exceptional people/ team leadership skills:
Coaching employees to help them develop a clear understanding of the requirements
relating to poultry production, animal welfare and develop the team to ensure
they have capability to meet the performance goals
• Good understanding of broilers • Excellent
computer skills in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
