VACANCY: SENIOR ATTORNEY – DURBANA well-established law firm based in Durban invites applications for the position of Senior Attorney.The successful candidate will join a professional and dedicated legal team and will be expected to manage a diverse portfolio of matters with a particular focus on Labour Law.Minimum Requirements:
Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
At least five (5) years’ post-admission experience
Proven experience and competence in Labour Law, including litigation, CCMA, bargaining council, and employment advisory work
Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and to mentor or supervise junior professionals
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Remuneration:
Market-related, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Location:
Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
