Responsibilities
• Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region.
• Implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company’s criteria and objectives
• Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them
• Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards • Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
