Available Positions & Locations: Successful candidates will be placed in these vibrant communities: Position Suburb/Location Butchery Manager Khayelitsha, Belhar, Athlone Butchery Supervisor Belhar Bakery Manager Gugulethu, Khayelitsha Fruit and Veg Manager Belhar Perishables Supervisor Belhar Front End Manager Khayelitsha Floor Manager Khayelitsha Floor Supervisor Gugulethu HMR (Hot Meal Ready) Supervisor Gugulethu The Opportunities: These are hands-on, leadership roles where you will be responsible for the daily operations, staff management, and commercial performance of your designated department. You will play a key role in maintaining our client's high standards for product quality, customer service, hygiene, and profitability. Minimum Requirements for All Roles: · Proven experience in a similar management or supervisory role within a retail environment (specific years of experience for each role to be assessed during screening). · Strong staff leadership and interpersonal skills. · Excellent product knowledge relevant to the department (butchery, bakery, produce, etc.). · Understanding of retail operations, stock management, and GP principles. · A results-driven attitude with a focus on customers and targets. · Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. · For Managerial Roles: Demonstrated ability to calculate GP, manage budgets, and drive department profitability is essential. · Must be willing and able to work in the specified suburb/location. Relocation to Cape Town is required if not currently based here.
