I bought this when I wanted something a little smaller than a dreadnought. I happened to find a Breedlove guitar the same week so this went into storage. Basically been played for a couple of hours so in new condition. Tag still hanging off the guitar. In immaculate condition.
Solid spruce top.
Concert sized body.
New D'addario EXP extra light guage strings installed. Has been set with a nice low conformable action.

Vintage Yamaha 12 string in sunburst finish. New set of strings installed. Guitar is well used in fair condition, marks and scratches present and 1 old repair next to bottom machine head. Low action until 5th fret and medium action thereafter. Still a very beautiful sounding instrument.
