Farming infrastructure consists of a new, well-built shed used for storing vehicles, tractors, and equipment, an enclosed barn used for storing fodder and a 3-pen milking parlour. All are in good repair. A modern open-plan two-bedroom / two-bathroom homestead is set in scenic surroundings with panoramic views over the irrigation areas, the river area, and mountains in the distance. It is equipped with a Wi-Fi network, and the outside barbeque and pizza oven add further value, creating a hospitable atmosphere.
