The apartment features an open plan bedroom for 2 Adults, full kitchen/bathroom and living area. (All Revamped) The second bedroom for children has 2 single beds.
Apartments is sea-facing with balcony.
Wife’s unit is on the 6th floor with beautiful views over the ocean & is for week 6 beginning of Feb (Sat to Sat)
My unit is on 3rd floor overlooking Family Pool for following week 7.
PURCHASE Price for EACH unit: R10,000
(NB: Payable just before the transfer doc’s are submitted at the offices)
Annual Levy for 2027: +- R9000.
(To be confirmed - payable 3 mths before occupation)
NB: There is a once off transfer of ownership fee of +- R2000 per unit payable directly to Cabana Beach Timeshare Offices.
