Should the gas supply rum out the burners automatically cut off. -Fully sealed motor unit with a unique bearing system. There is no weight.directly onto the motor, so there is no chance of the motor burning out from.wear and tear. - The base to motor section is fully welded and so one of the.biggest faults in other machines is eliminated, ie: grease seeping down from
the base into the motor, causing the motor to seize. That is a very common

configured to work off bottle gas, but can also work of natural gas. It is
recommended that a experienced gas catering engineer commissions the machine.
