Responsibilities
· Food Preparation: Washing, chopping, meal preparation.
· Cooking: Preparing meals according to
recipes and standards.
· Order Assembly: Accurately packing food for
takeaway orders.
· Cleaning: Washing dishes, sanitizing
surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste. Cleaning of kitchen and
front of house duties is expected from everyone
· Stock Control: Receiving deliveries, storing
items, checking sell-by dates, and rotating stock.
· Hygiene & Safety: Adhering to
all health and food safety.
· Support: Assisting daily kitchen,
kitchen managers, and sometimes front-of-house staff.
Essential

· Experience: Previous kitchen or café
experience preferred but not required.
