Previous experience in scaffolding, shutdowns, or industrial environments will be an advantage.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure that no work is performed without permission from the appointed Supervisor or Team Leader.Ensure that a task-specific risk assessment (TSRA/DSTI) is conducted with supervision before any scaffolding or temporary works activities commence.Comply at all times with the control measures implemented to manage identified hazards.Immediately stop all work activities if supervision is no longer present and only resume once supervision or a designated Team Leader is reinstated.Do not perform any work unless the required training has been provided and confirmed.Do not participate in scaffolding or temporary works erection or dismantling without a valid medical fitness certificate, including working at heights....KEY COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTESStrong safety awareness and compliance mindset. Ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to work at heights. Willingness to work in construction, industrial, and shutdown environments.
