Full job description
We currently have an exciting position available for professional, and dedicated individuals to come on board as a Health & Wellness Practitioners.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- 80% Employee Wellness and 20% Conduct and review health risk assessments annually or as required
- Manage the administrative and operational activities of service to ensure a quality, legally compliant, efficient, and effective service delivery
- Perform and monitor medical and biological surveillance within the prescribed Company protocol
- Maintaining and assisting with the management of the Company chronic disease program
- Keep record of all activities conducted
- File and maintain legally required documents (soft and hard copies)
- Oversee and assist with maintenance of the equipment
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Compile necessary service management reports
- Planning and administration of the Service
- Giving Occupational Health or Primary Health talks according to Zanempilo Health Education Year planner or as required

Education:
· Registered with South African Nursing counsel (SANC).
· *Proof of SASOHN membership/Professional indemnity.
· Basic Life Support· HIV testing and counselling· EAP Certificate(Advantageous)
· EAP Knowledge· Basic understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act with regulations.
· MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
