My working experience was with SafriCloud where I worked as an IT Technician, giving managers and superiors end-user and technical support. We did network administration and maintenance, as well as configuration. We also used Active Directory and Remote Desktop Connection for remote assistance. We setup and connected the entire call centre with PCs and then joined them to their domain with their relevant network.
