Job Description:Managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange 2019, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms (e.g., Nutanix).Designing and maintaining comprehensive backup strategies for physical, virtual, and cloud environments.Leading and managing projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.Maintaining cloud infrastructure, especially in Microsoft Azure.Managing enterprise backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam).Ensuring compliance with IT policies, data protection, and regulatory requirements.Developing and maintaining system documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.Supporting vulnerability assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
