It is a 5 min walk from the nearest shopping centre, hospital, public transport and a college, all located on the corners of a double carriage way.The local highschool is 15 min away as well as the N7 to the West coast and Namibia.The area is very quiet and no taxis are allowed in Plattekloof. It is fully furnished to guesthouse standards, but can be rented without furniture. No children under 15 if rented with furniture. Only linen and kitchenware will not be available. The large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge has direct access via a sliding door to a covered braai room. The braai room faces north onto the pool, and is excellent for entertainin, warm in winter and shaded in summer. There is a wall mounted smart TV in the lounge which comes with the house.Large main bedroom has en suite and an ac.
