Good day, I am a decent young lady in her early 30's looking for a new place to call home. This can either be a cottage, apartment, or flatlet, either way, it absolutely must be pet friendly, as I have a beautiful, very well behaved little doggo (Jack Russell x Mini Pinscher). I can assure you that she will not destroy your property, she just really likes to lay around in the sun, eat snacks and play with her teddy bears. She and I are looking for a place to move to that we can both live in peacefully, for a longer term - quite frankly, I don't want to have move for another 4 or so years after this move.My main priority is finding a suitable for home for my furchild and I as she was abandoned by her two previous parents. I refuse to abandon her, she deserves a forever home, and I wish to give her her forever home.I need to vacate my current rental by the 1st of August. My priorities in a new home are:1. That it is pet friendly 2. That it is safe, and ideally has a garden that my little one can play in.3. It would be really nice if there was a bathtub (but I'll be fine with just a shower)4. The space should ideally be spacious, and airy. 5. Ideally in Southern Suburbs (Rondebosch preferably).I assure you, I am a good tenant, I pay my rent on time, I am honest, I do not host parties, but I do love to have a braai with a friend or two on weekends. I do enjoy wine, but you won't see or hear me having a jol when I am relaxing with my glass of wine.I have stable job and I keep to myself, but I am also friendly and have a warm personality.I have references should you require someone to vouch for me. I am a homebody and I do work from home, but I am not wasteful of any resources (water and electricity) nor will I or my baby dog be bothersome to you and yours (my furkid is pretty good with other animals, and I think she may actually enjoy the company of another animal if you have one and wouldn't mind them possibly becoming buddies)I would prefer a private rental. My budget is no more than R7500, and ideally the rental would include water. If you have a place for me where there is access to a washing machine, that would be really great (if not, that's fine)Should you feel that I am a suitable tenant, I would really appreciate you getting in touch. I look forward to hearing from a potential landlord/landlady :)Many thanks

This rustic renovated labourers cottage set just above the farm dam is cozy and homely. There is an en suite bedroom with a queen bed, a small living room with a free-standing fireplace, a kitchen with a Dover stove. There is separate entrance sunny studio or second bedroom. Gas geyser. Cottage is set next to an organic apricot orchard. The reason we do not allow pets is that we have so many bird species, lizards and geckos and small buck on the farm and they get preference. This is a very safe, crime-free area. Two months rental deposit and two months notice to vacate required.
