Fast food shop in Pretoria CBD has a managerial position available.Key duties will include:Managing Stock & Inventory: This involves monitoring and controlling inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, placing supply orders, and minimizing waste to optimize cost efficiency.Sales Reporting & Financial Performance: You'll be responsible for providing the owner with sales numbers, analyzing sales data, and monitoring financial performance, including budgeting and cost controls.Staff Management: This is a crucial aspect of the role, encompassing supervising and leading a team, including hiring, training, scheduling shifts, and performance management.Overseeing Daily Operations: You'll ensure smooth operations, from opening and closing procedures to food preparation, cooking, and serving, while maintaining high food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to meet health and safety regulations.Customer Service: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolution to enhance the dining experience is also a key responsibility.Salary will be R8000-00 to R8500-00.The applicant must be able to start immediately.Please send your CV to johan.laboria@gmail.com
