Position: Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor Location: Kuilsriver Industry: Retail Fit-Out & Commercial Construction We are looking for a competent and disciplined Construction Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on retail and commercial construction sites. The successful candidate must be able to run a site independently, manage labour teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. Key ResponsibilitiesulliSupervise all daily construction activities on site. /liliManage labour teams and coordinate subcontractors. /liliMaintain strict quality control and snag management throughout the build. /liliEnsure proper site reporting, including progress updates and photographic records. /liliOrder and control materials, consumables, and small tools. /liliMaintain high standards of site cleanliness and housekeeping. /liliEnforce company health & safety procedures and ensure PPE compliance. /liliManage site vehicles and equipment responsibly. /liliHandle incident reporting and IOD procedures where required. /liliConduct regular site inspections and ensure weekly duties are completed. /li/ulRequired Technical ExperienceThe candidate must have practical experience in the following construction activities: ulliDrywall installation /liliSuspended ceiling installation /liliBulkheads and FPC installation /liliPainting and finishing works /liliGeneral shopfitting / interior construction /liliConstruction snagging and quality inspections /li/ulCandidate RequirementsulliMinimum 5 years construction foreman experience. /liliStrong understanding of retail or commercial fit-out projects. /liliAbility to read and interpret construction drawings. /liliGood leadership and labour management skills. /liliStrong organisational and reporting ability. /liliValid drivers licence. /li/ulPersonal AttributesulliReliable and disciplined /liliDetail-oriented with strong quality control standards /liliAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines /liliProfessional communication with management, clients, and subcontractors /li/ulWhat We OfferulliStable position within a growing construction team /liliOpportunity to run high-end retail fit-out projects /liliCompetitive salary based on experience /li/ulTo Apply: Send your CV and references to: mfourie@ptks.za.com Only candidates with relevant construction foreman experience will be considered.
